beautiful lobby with amazing glass dome and a outstanding semi spiral staircase breakfast was very good , bed was very comfortable

The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and a cold glass of sparkling wine. The decor, cleanliness and style of the reception and foyer area was typically classy of a central London hotel, the rooms were big and comfortable. We had breakfast the next morning which was very nice and again the staff were all attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay.

Love the architecture and lobby of the hotel, and it's in a great location for restaurants, bars and cafes etc. Facilities in the room all very good.

Location is convenient for visiting all the sights and catching up with family. An upmarket working area during the week but lovely and quiet at the weekend. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout - nothing too much trouble. We stayed here pre COVID and very pleased to see that it retained its high quality and comfort.

I liked the fact that there was complimentary mini bar and refreshments at reception while we waited to check in.
